All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Very welcoming. The property was clean. The roof top bar and pool were lovely with beautiful views. Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of foods which was regularly being refreshed. I’d suggest adding this on when booking as it works out cheaper, I didn’t but ended up having it everyday. Beds were comfy and rooms clean. I also managed to get late check out at €10 ph.

Amazing staff, the room was cleaned daily, new water bottles every day and just overall a lovely stay. Wanted to say a special thanks to the most welcoming receptionist Inma, she checked us in and also checked us out and was very helpful throughout our whole trip. She’s absolutely wonderful! :)

Breakfast was very good and all the common facilities. Lobby, terrace (during the summer sould be even better) etc. nice cozy decoration and most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Location was near the sea and close with taxi to the Center. Excellent terrace view of the City. Very Nice food and drinks to order at the Lobby until midnight or room service.

This hotel was lovely! The rooftop pool and bar are amazing… pool towels are available from the main reception downstairs… Views were lovely too…. The club sandwich was delicious! Aircon worked well… albeit old, it worked! Staff were friendly and polite. Live saxophonist on the rooftop terrace was a lovely touch… This hotel is a bus/metro ride from the centre of Barcelona… but that was exactly what I wanted. 10 minute walk to the beach and there is a shopping mall very close also.

Lovely, spacious rooms. Very clean! Comfy bed (quite firm mattress which I prefer). Very friendly staff and quick check in process. We had an issue with leaking air conditioner on our last night and staff were quick to resolve the issue and move us to a new room right away. 25 min walk from the beach. 10 mins from nearest metro.

The breakfast for the hotel was pricey but worth the money, they featured a wide variety of hot and cold food. The hotel itself was clean and felt very safe, the room was comfortable and well-kept.

Loved how near it was to the beach and a big sopping centre with shops/supermarkets The pool was great for a nice swim, and the roof top had AMAZING views. We didn't have breakfast, but it looked great, and the hotel was only a few stops into the centre. So we felt like we had the best of both worlds with the beach, and the city. We often went to the beach after a long day exploring and it was the perfect end to the day. Metro is about a 10 minutes walk from the hotel, and a further 10/15 into the centre. There are also trams, and buses - one ticket can cover them all and its cheap. The local beach is friendly, not as busy as the main harbour one and its very easy to sit and relax on. We both swam and left our stuff with no trouble at all, there was lots of families and even a dog section, which was very funny to watch them. Beach is about 15 minutes walk from the hotel, you pass Condal Mar - a huge shopping centre, we often stopped by Alcampo a supermarket to get picnic bits for dinner on the beach. The staff we so helpful and friendly, and the room was spotless clean and comfy. I would 100% stay here again, it was exactly what we wanted after a long day.

The location was out of the way so not much around but this was beneficial as it was very quiet, no street noise. We all slept well. The staff were lovely, spoke great English. My son particularly liked Francisco and Jesus. The hotel was modern and clean with everything we needed. The pool was too cold to swim in or else we would have as it looked wonderful. The food was perfect, huge breakfast selection and GF options. It was easy to get to in a taxi from the airport. Within walking distance were a few basic restaurants, supermarket and shopping centre. We walked to the beach in around 15 minutes.

We were allocated the exact room that we booked, I know I have read reviews where this hasn't happened before. It was identical to the photos. Very spacious. Two bathrooms (one with toilet, basin, shower and a bath and a separate one with just a toilet and basin). We had a large family room, including a king size bed, a double sofa bed and an additional single bed. There was a dining table and 4 chairs, flatscreen TV, fridge and plenty of lights and sockets! The staff were exceptional, and the room service was incredible. Roof bar and pool both beautiful too. Our rooms were always made up perfectly. Three lifts so you never had to wait for long for an elevator. We can't fault the hotel or its staff at all. Food was delicious too. Taxi rank right outside the door. Perfect!
